About Us
The qualifications and reputations of the professional you will be working with are very important! After finishing college in the Northwest and earning a degree in marketing and finance, Patrick spent his enlistment working in Army Intelligence. His prestigious position with the International Sales/Contract team at Boeing Aircraft was ideal for a high-achiever like Patrick. Global travel, working with dignitaries from around the world and political leaders from Washington D.C., were all part of his daily responsibilities. As one of the Desert's premier real estate professional, Patrick is combining his years of business experience and negotiation skills with thorough knowledge of the local real estate market to help home buyers and sellers make the most of their investment.
TESTIMONIAL
Prior to listing our ranch with Patrick, our property was listed with another firm in the desert area for over a year and no qualified buyers were ever presented to us. After Patrick Pheasant took the listing, he presented us over a dozen qualified buyers- due in part to his extensive marketing - in and outside the State of California. We were aware he spent a consiederable amount of his own money to market our property. The Mandala Ranch is now in escrow thanks to Patrick. Sincerely, Frank and Helen Mandala

I grew up in a small rural town in Iowa of about 150 people, graduated from Akron Westfield Community School and went on to college at Iowa State University where I received my Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant management. While in college, I also decided to join the Army Reserve where I learned a variety of skills during my 7-year commitment. After graduating from college, my career took me to the East Coast(New York, Connecticut, and South Carolina) even though I had always wanted to visit California. I worked in a variety of different places such as the Hard Rock Hotel, The Hampton Inn, and also managed a Bed and Breakfast called The Lakehouse Inn. In 1999 I moved to Park City, Utah and took a management position at one of the many ski resort hotels.
I have always been an athletic person, and enjoy outside activities. In the summer of 2001 I discovered the game of golf. This is where I also met my husband, Glenn. Glenn was working in Park City at Park Meadows Golf Club and taught me the game of golf. I soon became hooked the game and decided to move to Palm Desert with GLenn so I could continue to practice my golf game. After my first season in the Desert, I was convinced that this was the place I wanted to live. The perfect weather spoiled me.
So now my husband and I live here year round. I love being able to play golf, go for a hike, or take bike rides 365 days of the year in our beautiful desert Valley! I can also look back and say that Iowa was a great place to grow up.
I never knew how much I would enjoy helping people buy and sell their homes. So if you are looking to live here year round or just on a seasonal basis, you won't be disappointed. I am Fond of going the extra mile, to help you sell or buy your home.
